For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Project Atlas are intended to refer to Project Atlas., a Delaware Corporation. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use or access the Project Atlas website.

COLLECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Project Atlas may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

• Mailing Address
• E-mail Address
• Phone Number

If you purchase Project Atlas's products and services through the Project Atlas website, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is collected to complete the transaction.

Unless stated in this Statement of Privacy, we do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide to Project Atlas. You may be required to provide certain personal information to Project Atlas when you elect to use certain products or services. Project Atlas collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the requested services, to provide you with support, for sales and marketing action, billing, and to meet contractual obligations.Project Atlas may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Project Atlas and its affiliates.

Project Atlas does not sell, rent or lease its user’s information to third parties.

TRACKING USER BEHAVIOR

Project Atlas may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Project Atlas’s website, in order to determine what Project Atlas services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content within Project Atlas to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. Project Atlas may use energy usage behavior to best optimize Project Atlas’s thermal management technology within Project Atlas’s systems.

DO NOT TRACK SETTINGS

We do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. Further, some third party websites track your browsing activities when you use their websites so that they can tailor their content to your preferences. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Project Atlas. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Project Atlas website.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Project Atlas website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. TRANSFERRING YOUR INFORMATION

By using the Project Atlas website, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside your home country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this Statement of Privacy. CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN

Project Atlas does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.If you are based in the EEA you may only use the Project Atlas website if you are over the age at which you can provide consent to data processing under the laws of your country or if verifiable parental consent for your use of the Project Atlas Website has been provided to us.

E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS

From time to time, Project Atlas may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Project Atlas or click on a link therein.If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Project Atlas, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.

DATA SECURITY

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access. For example, access by a user to his or her personal information is available through an account created by the user.
